How the Strapping Process Works
Steel strapping is applied in three sequential steps, each requiring a dedicated tool:

Step 1 - Tension: The tensioner grips the steel strap and draws it tight around the load using the serrated feed wheel. The lever is pumped repeatedly until the required tension is achieved.

Step 2 - Seal: A steel seal (clip) is placed over the two overlapping strap ends. The sealer plier crimps the seal, locking the strap ends together under tension.

Step 3 - Cut: The excess strap tail is cut flush using the cutter or the integrated cut function on the combination sealer-cutter tool.
