Unlocking methods and capacity Four unlocking options: fingerprint, RFID card, WELOCK app (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection via compatible setup), and USB backup power unlock. Stores up to 100 fingerprints, including up to 3 administrator fingerprints. Supports pairing up to 20 RFID cards. WELOCK app is available for iOS and Android for user management and unlocking records. USB port is for emergency unlocking power only and does not charge batteries. Fingerprint operation notes After installation, set an administrator fingerprint first. Before admin setup, the lock is in factory mode and any fingerprint or paired method may unlock. Initial free rotation of the handle before receiving an unlocking command is normal. Power and battery alerts Powered by three AAA 1.5 V batteries (not included). With about ten unlocks per day, expected battery life is approximately 8 to 10 months. When battery level drops below 20%, the lock gives an audible warning and the keypad lights red. OLED display shows battery status, settings, and warnings. Safety and durability Electrostatic protection up to 30,000 V. IP65 splash resistance for covered outdoor doors. Not intended for fully exposed external garden gates. Can always be opened from the inside in emergencies such as fire. Tested for up to 10 million closing operations.
