Description
WELOCK Touch41 is a smart fingerprint door lock cylinder for home doors, gates, and garage doors. It replaces the existing cylinder without changing the original lock body.
Size and compatibility
- Knob diameter: outside 46 mm, inside 38 mm.
- Knob length: outside 56 mm, inside 57 mm.
- Cylinder length adjustable: outside 40 mm to 55 mm, inside 30 mm to 60 mm.
- Suitable door thickness: 50 mm to 100 mm.
- Fits European standard cylinder openings. No drilling required for replacement.
Unlocking methods and capacity
- Four unlocking options: fingerprint, RFID card, WELOCK app (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection via compatible setup), and USB backup power unlock.
- Stores up to 100 fingerprints, including up to 3 administrator fingerprints.
- Supports pairing up to 20 RFID cards.
- WELOCK app is available for iOS and Android for user management and unlocking records.
- USB port is for emergency unlocking power only and does not charge batteries.
Fingerprint operation notes
- After installation, set an administrator fingerprint first. Before admin setup, the lock is in factory mode and any fingerprint or paired method may unlock.
- Initial free rotation of the handle before receiving an unlocking command is normal.
Power and battery alerts
- Powered by three AAA 1.5 V batteries (not included).
- With about ten unlocks per day, expected battery life is approximately 8 to 10 months.
- When battery level drops below 20%, the lock gives an audible warning and the keypad lights red.
- OLED display shows battery status, settings, and warnings.
Safety and durability
- Electrostatic protection up to 30,000 V.
- IP65 splash resistance for covered outdoor doors. Not intended for fully exposed external garden gates.
- Can always be opened from the inside in emergencies such as fire.
- Tested for up to 10 million closing operations.
- Operating temperature: -25°C to 60°C.
Installation notes
- Lock is installed from the front door side. The front lock section is not removable.
- If access is shared through the app, the authorized person needs the WELOCK app to unlock via the app.
