F400 PET Strapping Sealer — Manual Crimping Tool
The F400 is a handheld manual strapping sealer designed for use with PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic strapping bands. It crimps metal seals onto strapping to create a secure, locked joint after tensioning. The tool is built with a Baosteel-grade carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion quenched steel body, giving it high hardness, wear resistance, and a long service life under continuous industrial use.
The F400 is widely used across packaging operations in paper mills, aluminium processing, stone and marble yards, timber and lumber facilities, chemical fibre plants, chemical manufacturing, and metal product factories. It is compatible with standard PET plastic strapping bands and metal open seals.
