King Buckle-Free Packaging Pliers KG-15-C
The King KG-15-C Buckle-Free Packaging Pliers is a world-first innovation in PP plastic strapping and bundling. It permanently replaces traditional metal buckle strapping - eliminating the risk of metal clips cutting goods or injuring hands, while delivering a cleaner, stronger, and more professional finish every time.
Powered by a safe 12V low-voltage transformer (220V/12V) and supplied with a UK standard plug, this tool is ready to use straight out of the box in the UK and compatible markets. It can also run directly from a 12V car or motorcycle battery - ideal for warehouse, retail, and field use.
How It Works
- Plug in and wait 30-60 seconds for the heating iron to reach working temperature (indicator light turns on).
- Insert the heating iron between two overlapping PP straps.
- Grip the plier handle firmly - the jaws clamp the two straps together and fuse them in approximately 1 second.
- Apply firm pressure to the handle; the iron retracts quickly and the jaws press the joint for approximately 2 seconds.
- Release the handle - the iron automatically extends back to its ready position.
Tip: Before first use, practice a few test fusions to find the optimal fusion time for your strap thickness.

Maintenance Notes
